The new Audi A6 has taken a giant leap forward, the new design is considerably larger with an unmistakable front grille. The A6 looks very sophisticated and has a much more distinctive look about it.
The A6 is a very nice looking car but the magic happens when you get inside. The interior is of a very high standard including the fabrics, plastics, controls and switches much like you would expect from the leading models in its class.
There is a fantastic easy to use multimedia system with a full colour screen which is very prominent in the car.
With five engine options to choose from starting from the 2.4 V6 up to the 4.2 V8 you are spoilt for choice but the best options seems to be the 3.2 V6 and the 3.0 turbodiesels which delivers power in a very smooth and effective fashion not to mention being very economical to run, all that and its connected to an automatic six speed gearbox.
The Audi A6 has a nice weight to the steering, suspension has a firm comfortable feel to it. Overall the Audi A6 is very silent and when running almost too quite. |
